Project brief introduction
Architect: Rodrigo Kirck arquitetura
Address: Itaja í - SC, 182 fazenda, R. tubar ã o, Brazil
Building area: 135 ㎡
Project year: 2016
Design team: Rodrigo Kirck, syndi Bastos, Bruno Bianchini
The project is located in itayai, a port city in Brazil.
In order to meet the trend of sustainable development,
It puts forward the idea of modular industrial wind architecture,
and creates a new type of architecture close to nature and full of artistic flavor through innovative ideas.
The main building is made up of four 40 foot white containers, one on each side;
The corridor and stairs are reserved in the middle,
and the front and back misplaced settings create extra rain proof space;
The design of the top skylight reduces the use of artificial lighting;
The arrangement of the roof garden reduces the solar radiation
and can be used for rainwater collection as a reservoir,
It can cool, insulate and beautify the environment,
bring different color experience in vision, and make people feel more comfortable.
The building embodies the wisdom of architects, designers, photographers and artists,
The inspiration of creation is transformed into practical application,
so as to reflect the close connection between architecture and city.
Although they chose industrial style containers as building materials,
they considered using warm and comfortable soft packaging indoors.
The first floor is the reception room, meeting room and public leisure space:
the calcium silicate board covers most of the walls, covering the wave board of the container;
In the middle is the glass curtain wall connected by steel frame,
the hollow part is planted with plants, the environment is beautiful,
and the light is sufficient; with semi outdoor corridor, the space is sufficient.
The vertical stairs made of steel and marble connect different floors,
which look more elegant and beautiful than the traditional stairs.
The second floor is an open office area with white desks on both sides of containers,
The light comes in through a large number of glass windows.
It's spacious and bright, and it's more energetic to work.
In addition to the unique overall design, they did not neglect the details,
from the design of lamps to the coordination of colors,
For example, there are many murals hanging on the wall.
The wooden frame in the stairwell can be used for
placing newspapers or for decoration, which is very practical.
