With the development of the times, some classics are usually handed down and become the treasures of collectors. From a painting to a car, everyone loves it. And in Brazil's largest city, a jungle in Sao Paulo, there is such a collection of famous cars and classic treasures. GSC is worth hundreds of millions of dollars!
In order to set off the rich historical flavor of the museum, architectural studio superlim @ O and architect Gabriela Coelho chose to use recycled containers as materials and transformed into an attic with an overhead garage.
The garage is a collection of very classic cars, not only four-wheel cars, sports cars and minibuses, but also two-wheel wild motorcycles. The whole garage is supported by steel frame, which has the taste of bare workshop.
The container not only makes the upper floor of the museum more transparent, but also makes the indoor space more transparent. You can see many kinds of classic products of various ages here, such as weighbridge, model, barber chair, etc., which are full of historical traces and nostalgic feelings.
In addition, some of the layout design of the museum is also very artistic. The corridor has a steel frame painted with mint green. When it rains, you can open the roof that is put away next to it to cover the rain. Or a retro lounge with log plywood ceiling and walls. As well as the cabin like design of the door, with the metal theme of the museum is very consistent.
There is a large area of outdoor terrace, planted with green plants for sightseeing and cooling, creating a leisure and comfortable garden.
