In order to ensure the quality of wine, people often build the cellar below the ground level,

which is also the most ideal cellar environment.
Because the cellar is constant temperature,

the temperature difference between warm winter and cool summer will not change much,
To ensure the quality of wine can provide the best environment, is very conducive to wine storage.
However, in view of the fact that it is often necessary to excavate the space

below the ground level to build the basement,

which will have a certain impact on the surrounding environment,
So some people will build the underground wine cellar on the open space

in the outskirts and build a container wine tasting bar on the top,
This design of "wine tasting above and wine hiding below" was realized in New South Wales, Australia.

Hiding in the beautiful forest, this Brock cellar is integrated with the vineyard,
It provides tourists with intimate, situational and exciting wine tasting experience.
Through the use of containers, the building reinterprets the truth that farm buildings combine industrial elements.

Built on top of the cellar, the project includes two separate container buildings,
The middle is connected by a steel overpass, and one of the supporting points is set on the stone pile.
As the upper container structure does not overlap with

the lower container structure, a two-layer external deck area is created,
It provides tourists with an indoor and outdoor activity space for wine tasting, sightseeing and rest.

Enter one of the wine tasting spaces on the second floor and you will see its unique interior structure.
From the outside, it is like a space composed of two independent containers placed in parallel,
But when we get indoors, we will find that it is actually connected.
In the middle of the hall, there is a bar for mixing wine in the opposite space. People can sit around.

The spaces protruding from both sides are open rooms with panoramic floor glass windows.
A long wooden table is placed on one side, which is used for many people's parties;
On the other side is the stand bar facing the box wall, which can be used by single person,

so that customers can taste wine in the beautiful environment outside the window.
