Located in a residential and commercial area of one block, the bar is dedicated to a large green plaza,
key to the selection of the construction project.
Taking advantage of the extensibility and permeability of the plaza, an open regional scale was sought.
Simply superimposed on the composition of 4 containers,
a constructive building method was chosen to obtain the maximum possible construction within the scope.
Bar, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor on the first floor porch, 13x30m in size.
The connection between the chia plaza and the playground on the porch is a bowl shape,
typical of the backyard, swimming pool, California, originating from this 60s ice skating rink.
At the bottom of the ground level, there is a small shop and toilet for the users,
and the top of the balcony enhances the atmosphere of the backyard for the entertainment of customers.
In the same art gallery, artists are still in the design stage, integrating the artistic influence of architecture and urban space design.
