[Stoa Urbana] is a container building with green grass garden in Korea.

The name "Stoa" comes from the Greek word "Stoa",

which means some kind of ancient Greek architecture.

Greeks often gather in large-scale gatherings to

hold public debates on political, economic and social affairs.

[Stoa Urbana] also hopes to become a free

and open place where you can drink, talk and enjoy any art.

Located in Dongming cave, [Stoa Urbana] is

 a family style cafe with a warm and comfortable atmosphere,

and it is also a place for people to have cultural experience.

 The structure of the cafe is different from the ordinary one.

The cafe has a large area of lawn on the ground,

which can be used to hold various gathering activities;

There is a container corridor at the entrance,

which can be used for holding exhibitions;

The dining card seat is mainly set in the overhead two-story container.

The caf é displays artists' works and invites artists to participate in the activities.

At the same time, street artists and even students are welcome to join.

The stability given by the square composition offsets the sense of instability of

the assembly structure of the container material itself to some extent.

When the rectangle is arranged in multiple quantities of the original quality,

 the most effective rectangle combination can also enhance this sense of stability,

because it is a better material than marble or wood material for stacking.

The box used as the dining area retains the anti-skid micro sandstone pattern,

which can reduce the noise generated when walking on the iron plate.

The construction of [Stoa Urbana] considers

 that both indoor and outdoor are equally important,

and breaks the boundary between indoor and outdoor

by replacing the box wall with floor glass windows.

 The characteristic of open space is that even if there is noise around,

 it can be used as a part of music creation,

which is closer to "art comes from life".

At the same time, the container also has the advantage of easy expansion,

with the possibility of further upward and downward expansion.
