At a bus stop in the Netherlands, architect NL
used the container to create a temporary building,
intended to create a more comfortable and harmonious waiting environment.
The Dutch Railway Network organized an architectural design event called "Happy Waiting Time."
They hope that through this activity, passengers will feel relaxed
and happy while waiting for the bus, and reduce nervousness and irritability.
Studies have shown that people feel that the waiting
time is three times longer than the actual time.
Adhering to this concept, architect NL has created such a sharp,
containerized waiting room with a powerful visual impact.
A vertically placed container becomes a 12-meter high tower;
three horizontally placed containers are the roof of the station.
The one on the right is a public leisure space where
passengers can buy some drinks and snacks to kill time.
Also on the casual tables and chairs on the side,
chat with friends you have just met.
On the tower, gold-plated chicks replaced the original classic rooster logo.
The entire building has become a new local landmark.
