The deteriorating climate and environmental conditions have made people in the construction industry focus on how to build ecological houses to prolong the sustainability. The future trend of the construction industry will also be the use of sustainable materials and technologies to build houses, such as secondary use of containers.

The new technology building uses the combination of the old and the new materials, and takes their advantages to the extreme: the recycled containers are selected to ensure the sustainability of the building; the concrete and wood are used to reinforce the outer layer to reduce the corrosion of the outer wall of the container.
