Montreal's floating five-star resort, bota,
has recently been transformed by fashion and environmental concepts.
Mu construction has expanded the development of spa and bota bota garden in the resort,
The garden view leisure area is made of recyclable containers.
The project is in line with sustainable design principles
and fully utilizes prefabricated buildings and geothermal energy.
Bota bota is located in the heart of the old city of Montreal,
The famous bota bota hot spring stops at the port of the Saint Lawrence River,
It has rich regional history and characteristics. Restricted
by the densely vegetated wharf and the surrounding railway,
The construction site is inaccessible to trucks.
Therefore, Mu construction company decided to
use containers and let them enter the site through barges.
The appearance of the container is covered with wooden strips,
and on this basis, the green roof is used to create an oasis like feeling.
The roof is partially covered with white coated steel plates,
and is equipped with a square notch to produce animation of light and shadow.
In addition, the 600 square foot outdoor swimming pool
has become the focus of the local community.
The swimming pool is surrounded by stone path and has waterfall function,
which is very eye-catching.
