Under the price of property that can easily exceed 10,000 yuan, many people have struggled for many years without being able to get a down payment for a house.

 However, when you are still saving for these hundreds of thousands, others have already built a comfortable house with containers!

Located in Jonaville/South Carolina, this 130-square-meter home is built to

exacting standards for residential use.

Petterson, the owner of the house, completed the entire house with the help of just two professionals, which took three months to build.

Paterson bought everything in the house, including building materials and furniture, for about $275 per square meter.

Two 40-foot HC reefers were used at the top of the house and three 20-foot reefers were used at the bottom.

Among them, the drying of the house was changed to 6.5m, not just the normal 6m, to ensure a more comfortable living environment.

You will find that the house was built using both shipping containers and red brick walls, which makes the use of two different building materials space remarkable.

Due to the low heat transfer rate of the insulating material used and the low specific heat of steel,

thermal comfort inside the container can be very good. Unlike the masonry next to it,

the masonry radiates positive heat to the environment even after the sun goes down.
