There are many container buildings, but not many are professionally certified.

One of the most valuable certifications is the Sustainable Sealing Certification for Home Models

from the Green Building Council of Brazil (GBC Brazil), a reference certification for sustainable buildings.

The first building to receive this certification is the White Fascination Container House in Curitiba.

House built from scratch with shipping containers on

Butiatuvinha (Estrada ngelo Pianaro, 1.631), Curitiba, with an area of 375 square meters.

The building is a building for exhibitions, known as the "Container Exhibition",

using 21 environments signed by more than 30 professionals to illustrate how the

two-story building was designed under the concept of sustainability and environmental awareness. houses.

In addition to reusing the container structure used to

transport goods by sea, the building also uses a steel frame structure.

It is faster to execute and less wasteful than masonry construction and is another construction method.

The home has been installed with photovoltaic panels that can generate more than 20% of the electricity

the house uses, and has plenty of natural light and more energy-efficient lighting.

The residence showcases a variety of different bedroom designs, including a luxurious master bedroom,

a sophisticated secondary bedroom, and a multi-bed children's room.

At the same time, it is also equipped with different bathroom designs,

ranging from a large separate shower space to a corridor-style design,

as well as a laundry room to meet different living preferences and habits.

The highlight of the dining room and living room is the width,

signed by artist Tatiana Hultmann Stavitzki, engineer Nazaré Alves,

designer Jonathan Cardozo, architect Priscila Ferstemberg and designer Mauren Buest.

Featuring neutral tones, it blends the sophistication of artwork and design with

the sturdiness of the container, whose open doors invade the second-height space.

Automatic lighting allows for different scenarios to be set,

while a grand European fireplace brings warmth to the space.

The garden is dedicated to a Zen space, created by architect Luiz Maingué for Espaço Zen,

an environment for contemplation and escape from the stress of everyday life.

Inspired by Japanese gardens, he explores the contrast between black, white and green vegetation.

Another highlight of the space is the 4-micr vertical water tank

that collects rainwater and redistributes it for domestic use.

An automated irrigation system ensures the health and beauty of your plants.
