A bay window is a kind of window shape,

as the name suggests, it is a window that floats out.

The general bay window can be rectangular or trapezoidal,

protruding from indoor to outdoor.

For a brick wall, a bay window is a handy design; but for a square container,

it seems unlikely... But don't forget, the container can also be customized.

This is a multi-unit shipping container house in Pelada, Costa Rica, built by

custom-fitting boxes of specific shapes, including three units and a swimming pool.

The residence is tucked away in lush gardens,

which are filled with tropical greenery from any angle of the house.

Specific shapes represent special needs, and the

well-proportioned exterior wall design is actually for a "bay window".

The bay window in the living room is glazed on three sides,

and the same custom-made sofa fits right into the window.

Such a design is not only conducive to large-area glass lighting,

but also retains a spacious window sill, which makes the interior space visually extend.

Connected to the living room is the kitchen of the residence.

Since the eating habits of foreigners are generally based on light meals,

even an open kitchen design will not have much impact on the air in the living room.

At the same time, the kitchen also has a glass door

that leads directly to the balcony, enhancing the ventilation here.

At the end of this space is one of the bathrooms of the house.

Since this house is only a few miles away,

and it is surrounded by trees, it was fearless to design large windows here

to increase ventilation in the bathroom and maintain a dry and tidy environment.

The bedroom is located on the second floor of the house.

Considering the interference of many "little creatures"

in the jungle, the design of the bedroom is more private.

In the other box, there is a private "back garden",

and even the decoration style is more ethnic style.

The design of the garden roof allows this small world to be protected from rainy days,

and it can also get close to the green plant environment, creating a real feeling of being in the jungle.
