Building and designing a shipping container home can be a challenge as many of the shipping containers on the market today are far larger than what is needed for any home,

and there are also companies that specialize in custom shipping containers. The project is called 【The Lily Pad Cozy Container Home】,

and the harmony between the container and the wooden details stands out in the project design.

Expansive wooden balconies on the front of the house, sliding doors and wood-framed windows all make the home look cool.

With custom containers, you can find any ideal size for your home or business, and many sizes,

colors and types of containers are available for shipping. For added identity and comfort,

you can also choose from a variety of different material combinations, including wood,

 aluminum, corrugated fiberglass, and metal.

In some shipping container homes, such as those built in the Pacific Northwest, the roof is not part of the container,

but an area attached to the side of the container, creating a comfortable patio for outdoor activities.

Architects specializing in the design of container houses will use a lot of glass on the box body,

especially the panoramic glass wall is very common in this type of house structure,

the use of glass wall will allow natural light to enter the room of the container.

The project also built a wooden terrace with a private swimming pool and an open-air cinema around the container building,

providing a multi-functional outdoor venue for the surrounding residents. When using shipping container homes,

sustainable construction means using low-toxic materials to reduce indoor air pollution and provide a healthy environment for families to live in.

By creating an efficiency-focused sustainable home, you will contribute to a cleaner community and a healthier future.
