A sea container is created with very strict standards,
because it must withstand everything that may be encountered in transit,
which allows it to have a long lifespan, even more than 100 years.
But in the transport of goods at sea,
they have a lifespan of only 10 years, after which they are "decommissioned".
So we reuse this high-quality material to create a comfortable living environment
to extend its life and make it sustainable on earth.
Today's container house comes from Garopaba, Santa Catarina, Brazil,
and it is located in a privileged location facing the sea, surrounded by virgin forest.
The construction of the house follows the innovative concept of comfort,
nature and sustainability, built locally in a modern, clean way.
Its topmost floor is a spacious terrace with an uninterrupted sea view in the distance.
The house is made from recycled shipping containers,
which have been converted to fully convert it into a living function,
with a thermally and acoustically insulated interior.
The balcony on the second floor has a shaded canopy and a comfortable wooden deck,
providing a small outdoor space, where the dining table and barbecue grill can be placed here,
and you can enjoy a delicious BBQ while watching the sea.
The house is located on a large land in front of the sea
and it has a living room, kitchen and a suite.
In the blue container, near the balcony is a small living room with only a sofa.
Next to it is a wooden dining table that separates the living room from the kitchen.
Probably because the owner of the house really likes to cook,
so its kitchen is particularly spacious,
with original wooden wall cabinets hanging all over the wall.
The bedroom is located in another space separated by
a wooden door and has a separate bathroom.
One side of the bed is close to the end of the container
where a large area of the box wall has been cut
and replaced with a glass window, facing the sea not far away.
This design not only makes the bedroom spacious and bright,
but also brings the ultimate sea view.
