In the hot summer, besides going to the seaside,
I also want to take a vacation in a private pool villa.
There is no need for bustling design,
but the simple architectural style is more cool.
The minimalist container is the first choice,
and its own line effect is full of fashion!
This is a container villa from Sao Paulo, Brazil.
It is an innovative project using sustainable technology.
It has a two-story structure.
It is transformed and stacked from multiple containers,
with a construction area of 200 square meters.
There is a private swimming pool in front of the villa,
as well as leisure tables and chairs with sunshades.
It is a summer resort.
From a container unit protruding outwards into the house,
this is a space for placing stairs upstairs.
The collision of red and white colors brings an active visual effect to the interior.
There is also a small reading corner hidden under the hollow iron ladder.
The open kitchen is located next to the stair corridor.
A marble faced bar separates the kitchen from the dining area.
The light bulbs hanging from the ceiling add a touch of retro flavor to the space.
The space is surrounded by floor glass windows,
so the interior is well lit, bright and spacious.
Up the stairs, you can reach the second floor of the house,
which is mainly used as living space and bedroom.
The interior is simple and warm, and the floor is paved with comfortable carpets.
A nearby container revolving door can be pushed outward,
leading to the outdoor balcony on the second floor,
overlooking the beautiful scenery not far away.
The bedroom and supporting bathroom are
also set on the second floor, which has higher privacy.
In order to solve the problem of metal heat conduction in the container,
a glass cotton blanket is used for thermoacoustic treatment
between the container body and the dry wall.
On the outside, the "ciaflex" layer shall be applied to the
entire container to block the metal shell from absorbing heat,
while providing sealing, painting, waterproof and rain proof functions.
