When you have several containers that have not been "cashed in",

you may not be able to imagine how luxurious it can be after it is completed.

There is no need to worry that modular buildings will make you lose value.

Sitting in a luxury house with a front courtyard and backyard worth 390000 US dollars,

which is equivalent to about 2.7 million yuan, its "rough" is just a few ordinary containers.

This house is really modern.

It is designed by the Chicago collective office.

Ryan Myers and Justin Kuehl are the main architects.

The house is located in a private manor in Appleton,

surrounded by lawns, and has excellent privacy - when designing the house,

the owner's privacy has been put in the forefront of demand.

The floor area of the house looks like the letter "H": two 53 foot containers

and two 40 foot containers are separated by 5 feet and connected

with sips (structural insulation board and steel).

The sunken space in the middle creates a comfortable outdoor activity area.

The floor is paved with wood, and comfortable sofa,

reclining chair and tea table are placed.

The exterior wall of the house adopts industrial steel siding and Brazilian Tiger Wood,

which is a kind of peculiar wood.

With the aging of wood, its durability and amazing beauty are loved by people.

When you enter the house,

you will be amazed at the construction effect of privacy and lighting at the same time.

This is due to the fact that the architect has "raised" the ceiling of the container,

added a row of transparent skylights,

and the glass windows that have been opened in the room,

making the house bright and spacious.

The "H" type space structure staggers the indoor functional areas.

The living room is designed in the corner with two windows,

and the kitchen and dining area are set in the middle of the "H" structure.

The two spaces are not fully shared, but also maintain good connectivity.

The biggest feature of the open kitchen is that it almost occupies the wall cabinet,

which provides sufficient space for storage and storage,

making the environment look cleaner.

From Brazilian parquet floors,

standing stitched steel exterior walls to open pipes in the house,

all unique materials are decorating the high-grade quality of the house.

The house is built with 4 transport containers,

with a total living area of about 280 square meters and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

In the bedroom, the house designer skillfully

used wood to weaken the steel properties of industrial buildings,

including beds, cabinets, doors, etc.

The design of the bathroom is very particular.

It separates the shower, bath and bathroom.

The three spaces are independent of each other.

It can be seen how spacious the bathroom is.

The rest of the bedrooms are designed to be bright and of high quality.

Except that the ceiling retains the wall panels of industrial containers,

the walls are made of other plywood materials.

It is worth mentioning that in order to protect the house from rust and moisture accumulation,

the architect applied an inch and a half of sprayed foam insulation material inside

and outside the transport container to create a comfortable and durable living environment.
