Enjoy a private garden, a stone path leading to your home,

and a warm mountain roof...

This livable building looks like an ordinary family house,

 made of concrete, but in fact,

its "true face" is one in a million,

because it is transformed from shipping container.

Only from the appearance, it's really difficult for you to see

 that it was transformed from a square container.

The housing project is located in Playa Agujas in Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

It is located in a safe and quiet residential community,

which is very suitable for relaxing and thinking about nature.

The perimeter of the house is illuminated by

spotlights along its structural outline,

especially at the stairs of the entrance,

which is like the avenue of stars,

 so that you can get home safely in the dark.

A total of 2 x 40 foot containers were

used in the construction of the container house.

The middle part of the two containers has a hollow space,

which is connected with wood to create an expanded space.

The gable roof formed by wood connection makes the house look warm and beautiful,

and the skylight on the roof can also make the interior brighter.

Entering the house, the first thing you can see is

the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen.

Among them, the kitchen is planned in

a container space that retains the original appearance,

forming a relatively independent activity area.

When we see other decoration inside the house,

we can also notice that the utilization rate of recyclable materials is very high,

 and some furniture is even recycled.

There is a master bedroom with a bath in the house.

Like the kitchen, it is also divided into containers that retain the original appearance,

saving a lot of trouble in building walls.

The beds and bathtubs in the room share the same space,

separated by only one cabinet,

so as to realize the comfortable life of "getting out of bed and taking a bath".

The house is currently used as a vacation house for external lease,

and the price is $100 / night, equivalent to about 666 yuan / night.
