On a sunny morning, lie down on the couch next to
the swimming pool to relax and enjoy the eagle flying in the blue sky overhead.
This is a luxury house suitable for vacation all year round.
Known as "the dream of white chocolate",
the color and structure of this house are as romantic as white chocolate.
Located in Serra, Madrid, Spain,
this resort mansion is composed of seven containers.
All container modules are preset in the factory,
and multiple elevations have been removed to
replace the installation of transparent glass windows.
After the preset modules are transported to
the construction site for assembly and fixation,
two containers are set on the second floor
to create an independent high-rise space.
The residential project has a total space of 180 square meters.
There is a spacious living and dining hall with an area of more than 50 square meters,
an office kitchen (with utility room and machine room) with an area of more than 20 square meters,
and a suite bedroom with open dressing room and integrated bathroom.
The biggest demand of this modular house is really spacious space and sufficient light.
The panoramic glass window design can meet these needs.
The large windows extending along the main facade of
the house connect the internal and external spaces directly,
so that residents can stay indoors and enjoy the gardens in winter and summer.
The outer wall is painted with white sate,
and maintains the original design of the residence area of the property.
The wall is endowed with continuous thermal insulation,
which provides great comfort for the residence.
Among them, the most amazing thing is the swimming pool equipped with
night lighting and salt water chlorinator in the garden.
The water in the pool remains crystal clear all year round.
It is a decorative element in winter and a calm bath in summer.
The layout of the house separates the living room from the kitchen,
and the extension of the kitchen is the terrace.
A bioethanol fireplace was set up before the two spaces to illuminate the dark night.
On the other side of the living room,
there is an internal garden made of white stones,
and the stairs leading to the second floor are above it.
On the second floor, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Sierra de Madrid.
There are two basic premises that mark the main scope of
the work: the minimalism of design is reflected in a very simple straight line,
mainly white and chocolate like perfect hand feeling soaked in the floor.
All living spaces are set on the first floor.
In addition to the spacious living space,
there is a double bedroom with an independent bathroom.
