Building houses and offices in a narrow space
is an exploration topic in the field of container architecture.
In order to create a small mobile home platform
that can be disconnected from the Internet,
a container house with a unique artistic sense was completed in Boulder,
Colorado, called rhino cube,
which is suitable for weekend vacation or full-time residence.
As the first completed model of the project,
this structure is also known as the "Zulu Queen".
6m (20 ft) of space is built into a shipping container,
covering approximately 15 square meters (160 square feet).
The interior and exterior of the house are
like hand-painted illustrations, using artistic design.
The house can be used without the power grid.
A small wooden porch and rainwater collection system are installed on the roof,
and the water purification system used is responsible for wastewater treatment.
At first glance, it looks small,
but it has all the functions it needs.
It is a container house with unique style and complete functions.
Inside the small house, the space has been paved and insulated.
It has a solid pecan wood floor, insulated walls and ceilings.
Three glass fiber double-layer glass windows
and energy-saving windows are installed to
provide sufficient natural light for the interior.
There is no bathroom in the model, but there are bunk beds,
a small rest area, and a large kitchen with lockers.
The cabinet contains a stove and a refrigerator.
The stove is two burner models using denatured alcohol,
which are installed for the winter weather in Colorado.
