The transportation container conversion project in Costa Rica
is one of the leading fields in the country.
Located in the catago area of Villarreal,
this is a shipping container house surrounded by valleys and volcanoes.
The appearance of the red rust iron wall is full of retro flavor.
The house has a magnificent location
and is immersed in the impressive scenery of Mount turialba.
When you look at the scenery,
you will only feel full of green and blue natural landscapes.
At the bottom of the house is a large balcony,
where you can sleep in the hammock or eat in front of the magnificent scenery.
It is an ideal place to relax.
In the construction of the project,
a total of four 40 foot transport containers are used,
two containers are used downstairs and two containers are used upstairs.
The doors of the containers placed on the upper floor
are placed opposite each other.
By supporting the lower part of the open door,
the balcony can be obtained without losing the internal space of the container.
The entrance of the house is spacious with large windows.
Open design is preferred on this floor,
which will make the indoor space more practical and look more spacious.
There is a big kitchen and a small library here.
You can also design interesting sofas on this floor
and read or relax in front of the fireplace.
When viewing the interior decoration of the container house,
we will see a more confident design than the exterior.
We can see the integration of traditional design and modern design in every part
and corner of the house, creating a more harmonious
and sustainable living environment.
The upper floor of the container house has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms,
and the floor is paved with wood to keep the house warm.
In addition, there is a small outdoor balcony on the second floor,
where you can enjoy unlimited scenery and a quiet moment.
