In Brazil, MALHA is known as the innovation platform of the fashion industry,
mainly focusing on textiles and apparel. Creators, entrepreneurs, producers,
suppliers and consumers can communicate on this integrated
platform to strengthen the connection between each other.
MALHA consists of 42 recycled containers in total,
including small residential offices, photography studios, sewing studios,
showrooms, natural food restaurants, shared kitchens, administrative areas, multi-functional halls,
common workplaces and auditoriums. A new type of office, consumption,
and leisure environment also expresses MALHA's thinking on new
buildings and concerns about sustainable development.
Floor plan
Although MALHA is composed of abandoned containers,
the interior decoration layout is bright and simple, quiet and comfortable,
and full of modernity, which is very suitable for office, communication, negotiation, etc.
No extra building materials are added to the interior,
which is in line with MALHA's concept of environmental protection and sustainable development.
utdoors, trays and small plant beds used as stools can be seen everywhere,
integrating nature, industry, and leisure in the public space.
