On January 4, reporters learned from the Transportation and Ports and Shipping Bureau of Hainan Yangpu Economic Development Zone that the container volume of Yangpu Port in 2023 will total 1.8335 million TEUs, a year-on-year increase of 3.75%.

As of now, there are 43 international ships registered in the "China Yangpu Port" shipping port in Hainan, with a total shipping capacity of over 5.32 million deadweight tons. Yangpu has opened a total of 45 domestic and foreign trade routes, including 23 foreign trade routes and 22 domestic trade routes. It basically covers the domestic coast, major ASEAN countries, regions and ports, and has initially formed a route pattern that "has both domestic and foreign trade and access to near and distant oceans".
