Article 2 All mobile homes used or built at construction sites within the administrative area of this city must comply with these regulations.
Article 3 Prefabricated houses used at construction sites must meet the requirements for strength and stability, ensure structural safety, and have the ability to defend against strong typhoons, heavy rain, snow and lightning strikes. At the same time, it should meet the requirements of civilized sanitation, fire protection, environmental protection and functional use.
Article 4 Before erecting mobile homes, the user unit shall work with the construction unit to conduct an on-site survey, determine the location, scale, quantity and type of mobile homes based on site conditions, project scale, number of construction workers during peak periods, etc., and carry out planning and design.
Article 5 When purchasing mobile homes, users should choose legal manufacturers with high product quality and good corporate reputation.
Article 6 Prefabricated house manufacturers must organize production in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations and standards, and the standards implemented should be reported to the local quality and technical supervision department for registration and filing.
Article 7 When providing mobile homes, manufacturers of mobile homes must also provide product warranty certificates, certificates of quality, installation instructions, detailed lists of main raw materials and components, and quality certificates.
Article 8 The roof trusses, wall columns, steel beams, etc. used to build the mobile home should be safe and reliable, and other materials should be strong and durable and able to meet the load-bearing capacity requirements. It is not allowed to use materials that are expressly prohibited by relevant departments to build mobile homes. The overall structural bearing capacity and stability of the mobile home should meet the requirements of not being affected by violent storms.
Article 9 The installation unit of mobile homes should strictly follow the requirements of the installation instructions. Each program should be inspected and recorded by itself. If the program fails to be accepted, it will not be allowed to enter the next installation program. Illegal installation and unauthorized installation by the user are strictly prohibited. After the installation is completed, the installation unit shall conduct self-inspection and acceptance. The technical person in charge of the installation unit shall sign the opinion and stamp the official seal of the legal entity, and then provide the "Mobile House Qualification Certificate" to the user. The user unit must conduct an overall acceptance inspection, and it can only be used after both parties sign and approve it.
Article 10 Prefabricated houses used for work and living are in principle only allowed to be built on a single floor, the length shall not exceed 30 meters (8 rooms), and the number of people staying in each dormitory shall not exceed 8. Fire extinguishing equipment that meets fire protection requirements should be equipped next to the mobile house.
Article 11 If a double-storey mobile house needs to be erected due to special reasons, it must comply with the "Load Code for Building Structures" GB50009-2001, and the length shall not exceed 22 meters (6 rooms). At the same time, according to the actual situation, pre-embedded foot bolts (shaped steel) and other connecting wall columns must be used, and steel pipes must be used to fix the mobile house as a whole and reinforce the mobile house. To build a double-story mobile house, a construction plan must be developed. The plan shall be signed and approved by the technical person in charge of the user unit and installation unit, and shall be reported to the local construction safety supervision station for record. It is strictly prohibited to build double-storey mobile houses beside major rivers (lakes) or in wilderness areas.
Article 12 After the user unit is informed of the forecasts of strong typhoons, heavy rain and snowstorms, and lightning strikes, it should strengthen inspections of mobile homes, take preventive measures, and actively defend and reduce damage caused by severe weather.
Article 13 After the completion of the project, the user should conduct maintenance on the mobile home, conduct safety performance inspections and tests on the roof trusses, wall columns, steel beams, etc., remove rust and paint the metal structure, and keep records to ensure the safety of the next use. intact.
