"Da Nang, Vietnam - Beibu Gulf Port of Guangxi - Chongzuo, Guangxi" sea and highway intermodal transport container debut
Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beibu Gulf Port Group) introduced on the 5th that a container ship carrying Vietnamese cassava flour docked at the Beibu Gulf Port Qinzhou Container Terminal on the 4th, and the first batch of 10 containers from Da Nang, Vietnam arrived at the port. , and then transported by truck to Chongzuo City, Guangxi, marking the first launch of the "Da Nang, Vietnam - Beibu Gulf Port, Guangxi - Chongzuo, Guangxi" ocean-highway intermodal transport container.
It is understood that this type of goods was originally shipped in bulk ships from Da Nang, Vietnam, to ports such as Dongguan, Guangdong, and then transferred to small boats via Xijiang River to Chongzuo Port, and finally transported back to the factory in bulk by car. The route takes a long time, and the overall transportation time is easily affected by the dry season of Xijiang River. It lasts about 20 days, and there are many operations, resulting in large cargo damage.
