Things to pay attention to when customizing containers
2024-01-16
What issues should we pay attention to when customizing containers? More and more people are optimistic about the development prospects of container houses. Many high-quality container houses have played an indispensable and important role in various industries. Some customers will also customize containers according to different styles and specifications. So what technical standards do we need to refer to when customizing container houses?
Containers are used as modular tools for architectural design. They have the characteristics of low carbon, low cost, short construction time, and can be disassembled and transported. At the same time, they are limited by objective conditions such as space and materials. They should be fully considered when designing container buildings. The advantages and disadvantages of container module tools are to maximize its structural advantages.
Features
First of all, container building units are easy to transport and can be moved as a whole. Container combined buildings are easy to assemble and disassemble. They are especially suitable for building types with limited service life and need to change locations.
Secondly, this type of building is strong and durable. The main structural unit is composed of high-strength steel. It is strong and durable and has strong resistance to earthquakes, compression, and deformation;
Third, the sealing performance is good and the strict manufacturing process makes this movable building have good water tightness.
Fourth, the container building is based on the overall box-type steel structure, and can derive a rich combination of space through splicing and combination. Such as office space, residential space, even large-span space, etc.;
Fifth, the structural weight is lighter than that of concrete and brick-concrete structures, requiring less energy consumption for construction. At the same time, it has superior performance, stability and firmness, and excellent earthquake-proof performance.
Sixth, most components of container buildings can be recycled and reused, which greatly reduces the generation of construction waste and is low-carbon and environmentally friendly.
01Material requirements
Container houses made of different materials will bring different comforts. Container customization can be achieved according to the actual needs of customers. Judging from the statistics of a large number of container customizations, the vast majority of container houses are made of cotton-colored steel plates.
02Environmental protection requirements
Modern times are an era of environmental protection and high efficiency, and this requirement has also been implemented in social practice. In terms of R&D and production, it is also slowly leaning towards producing environmentally friendly products. The environmental protection of container custom houses is multi-faceted. On the one hand, it is the use of its own materials, and on the other hand, it is the environmental impact of the building.
03 Process requirements
The doors of container houses need to withstand greater pressure and use higher-strength materials to prevent the doors from deforming. The floor of the house should be kept in spliced position and the assembly and disassembly blocks should be kept and marked during the manufacturing process. In addition, toilets, kitchens, toilets, etc.
04Electrical layout requirements
Electrical layout is very important for container houses. It is recommended that it be customized by a manufacturer with rich technical experience to better complete the layout of relevant electrical requirements.
05Economic requirements
Container houses can not only give full play to their advantages of large capacity, but also add single and double beds according to the number of needs, reducing the cost of living.
Container customization requires understanding the requirements of relevant materials and processes, as well as meeting the requirements of environmental protection and energy saving. Huji recommends that you should understand the corresponding technical requirements for container customization in advance.
In addition, the design specifications for container houses are as follows:
1. The basic principles of structural design of container modular houses should comply with the provisions of the current standard "Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Engineering Structures" GB 50153. When the structural design service life is 50 years or 25 years, its corresponding structural importance coefficient should not be less than 1.0 or 0.95 respectively.
2. The calculation and construction of the structure should comply with the provisions of the current standards "Code for Design of Steel Structures" GB 50017, "Code for Cold-Formed Thin-Walled Steel Structures" GB 50018 and "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings" GB 50011.
3. The container modular house structure should be arranged regularly, the plane layout of its lateral force-resistant components should be regular and symmetrical, and the lateral stiffness should change evenly along the vertical direction. Necessary strengthening measures should be taken for the irregular multi-story container house structure designed according to earthquake resistance.
4. When there are openings in the box wall and the rigidity of the box is greatly weakened, measures such as staggered and symmetrical arrangement of boxes with holes and boxes without holes should be adopted. When the container is arranged in an overhanging manner, the overhanging length should not be too large, and there should be no openings in the overhanging part.
5. The container modular house structure should adopt a reasonable structural system to ensure strength and stiffness during use, transportation and installation; the structural connection and node structure should be easy to install.
6. The top plate of the box is a non-load-bearing plate. When there are other loads, it should be checked and reinforced; when it is used as a load-bearing roof, a purlin light roof should be arranged on it.
7. The design documents of the container modular house structure should clearly state the technical requirements and protective measures for fire prevention and corrosion prevention.
8. The load calculation of the structure should comply with the current standard "Load Code for Building Structures" GB 50009. When the design service life is 25 years, the standard values of wind load and snow load can be calculated by multiplying the value of the 50-year return period by 0.9.
